Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 3 (three) days following the reporting period.
Delivery terms:Within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract and specification. The cost of the Item must be specified on the terms of pickup from the Vendor's warehouse. The products should be new.

Comments:
The commercial offer must be filed on the company letterhead, signed by the company's executive. A drawing on a drill pipe with technical specifications should be attached to the commercial proposal. Existing certificates for the products offered. (Offers without a technical and commercial offer will not be considered.

This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Promoter has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!
