Обоснование: Пунктом 17.4 Положения о порядке осуществления закупок товаров, работ, услуг ООО "СЗЦТТ" предусмотрена возможность заключения договора (прямая закупка у единственного поставщика) в случае если процедура закупки признана несостоявшейся в связи с подачей единственной заявки, при условии, что эта единственная заявка и подавший ее участник признаны соответствующими всем требованиям закупочной документации.
Единственная заявка от ООО "ЛИДЕР" (196006, г. Санкт-Петербург, ул. Черниговская, д.8К) и подавший ее участник признаны соответствующими всем требованиям закупочной документации. На основании решения Закупочной комиссии ООО "СЗЦТТ" планирует заключение Договора аренды офисного помещения с ООО "ЛИДЕР" на предложенных условиях.
