Обоснование: При рассмотрении представленных предложений, основываясь на Положении о порядке осуществления закупок товаров, работ, услуг ООО "СЗЦТТ" (утверждено решением Совета директоров - Протокол №2 от 25.01.2013г.) победитель выбран на основе сравнительного анализа следующих факторов: место расположение офиса, наличие развитой инфраструктуры, этажность, входная группа, стоимость квадратного метра предлагаемого к аренде помещения, коэффициент полезного использования арендуемого помещения, расположение офиса внутри БЦ, соответствие требованиям Документации по запросу предложений, наличие материально-технических ресурсов участника, а также организационная и техническая привлекательность с точки зрения удовлетворения потребностей организатора.
