В связи с тем, что в настоящее время ФССП России
рассматривает возможность предоставлении
информации сторонами исполнительного производства
на территориальном уровне, путем заключения
Соглашений с территориальными службами судебных –
приставов исполнителей.Отказаться от процедуры
открытого запроса предложений на право
заключения Договора «Аренда
программно-технического комплекса электронного
взаимодействия с Федеральной службой судебных
приставов», не неся никакой ответственности
согласно п 22,23 Извещения о закупке.
Данная процедура запроса предложений не является
конкурсом, и ее проведение не регулируется
статьями 447—449 части первой Гражданского кодекса
Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса
предложений также не является публичным конкурсом
и не регулируется статьями 1057—1065 части второй
Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации.
