- tank wagons must have permitted running in international traffic (RF, CIS, Baltic countries, Mongolia, China)
- year of manufacture of wagons not earlier than 1990, load capacity not less than 60 tons, boiler volume not less than 71 m³
- the presence of sunflower oil (ETSNG 556208) in the directory of freight car models of freight permitted for the carriage of goods; palm oil (ETSNG 556180), as well as the presence of railway tanks in the list of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, allowing the transportation of vegetable oils, tied to the AS ETRAN.
- tank wagons must have the necessary stencils in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in bulk in tank wagons and bunker-type wagons,
- tank wagons should be equipped with a bottom drain
2. I ask you to indicate the cost of leasing NMZHK 9 railway tanks for the transportation of stockpiles and distillate of fatty acids, according to these requirements:
- tank wagons must have permitted running in international traffic (RF, CIS, Baltic countries, Mongolia, China)
- year of manufacture of wagons not earlier than 1990, load capacity not less than 60 tons, boiler volume not less than 71 m³
- the presence in the reference book of freight car models of light oil stocks authorized for transportation of cargo (ETSNG 556320); soap stocks of dark oils (ETSNG 556325) ,.
- tank wagons must have the necessary stencils in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in bulk in tank wagons and bunker-type wagons.
- tank wagons should be equipped with a lower drain device, as well as a steam jacket
3. KP for the lease of railway tanks should include:
- rental price per unit, as well as for the total number of tanks.
- indication of compliance with the characteristics reflected in paragraph 1, paragraph 2.
- payment procedure and delivery schedule.
