The participants of the competition must provide: a commercial proposal; manufacturer's or dealer's certificate; a certificate of conformity for these products, a list of constituent documents. Applications from suppliers with the entire range of the lot are accepted for consideration. The offer must be valid for at least 3 months. The participation of the supplier in the tender means acceptance of the terms of delivery, the standard form of the contract and the specification.
