| Правовой статус процедуры: | ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" вправе отказаться от проведения запроса предложений, а также завершить проведение запроса предложений без заключения договора по его результатам в любое время, при этом расходы, понесенные Участником в связи с участием в запросе предложений, не возмещаются. До истечения времени окончания подачи заявок на участие в запросе предложений, ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" вправе внести изменения в Извещение, в том числе продлить срок окончания подачи заявок. Данный запрос предложений не является торгами (конкурсом, аукционом) или публичным конкурсом в соответствии со статьями 447-449, 1057-1061 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, и не накладывает на ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" обязательств, установленных указанными статьями Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. |
