Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:At the end of each month, two orders are automatically generated for each supplier:
An order with tasks that were completed in the past month (the status in Jira is "completed" or "completed", implies installation in prom or passing UAT), and were not included in orders of previous periods. The payment procedure for such orders is 100% post–payment.
An order with tasks that have been evaluated, taken into work by performers (the status in Jira is "in progress" and subsequent ones), but have not yet been completed, have time write-off marks in the Jira workflow, and are not included in orders of previous periods. The order of payment for such orders is an advance of 50%, the remainder of 50%.

Comments:
1. The participant can be submitted in any number of lots – from one to all.
2. When applying for a lot, the participant must submit proposals for all roles and grades in the lots. Submissions "with passes" will not be considered.
3. A group of companies submits one proposal from a Group of Companies, indicating in the comments a list of legal entities with whom it is proposed to conclude contracts.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
