Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1.advance payment of 25% with VAT within 10 working days from the date of signing the contract;
2. advance payment of 25% with VAT within 10 working days after passing the pre-shipment inspection;
3.payment of 45% with VAT after delivery of equipment;
4. Payment of 5% within 10 working days after the complete equipment.
5.The cost of consulting services on installation supervision and commissioning is included in the cost of manufacturing each set of equipment;
Delivery terms:The production time of the equipment is 45-60 days from the date of signing the contract, the delivery time for each set of equipment is specified in the specifications to the contract;
The cost of delivery to the place of transfer to the Customer (consignee's warehouse) is included in the cost of manufacturing each set of equipment.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
