2. For individuals without the formation of a legal entity:
Copy of passport or document replacing it;
A copy of the registration certificate;
Copy of the certificate of registration for tax registration (TIN);
The buyer guarantees the reliability of the submitted data.
The buyer familiarized and agreed with the rules for the sale of unused property.
The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the right to verify all information specified by the Buyer.
In the event of declaring an offer to make the offers failed, the Buyer will not have claims against the Seller.
The Buyer agrees that this offer on the web site of the Weatherford Company cannot under any circumstances be regarded as a public offer and accordingly the Seller shall not, any responsibility for refusing to enter into a contract with the persons requesting the transaction.
