The RFQ procedure and the relevant bidding do not constitute an offer, auction or tender, and are not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as they do not constitute a public tender and are not subject to Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 3) In case advance payment is foreseen, the total of the advance payments (under all existing contracts) over 1 million rubles shall be secured by a bank guarantee provided by a bank included in Top 10 Russian banks.
