Ranking of bids

Applications to participate in the bidding procedure at the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) shall be submitted specifying the rate in rubles, and a commercial proposal completed in the form of Attachment 1, specifying haul rate, shall be attached.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Attachment 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2B-Center e-marketplace with no commercial proposal attached (in the form of Attachment 1), will not be considered.
