The Customer shall not also bear an indemnity obligation to the Participants or the third parties for any losses related to their participation in this RFP procedure. Bidding organizer has the right to hold the second stage (re-bidding) in case the results of the first stage are not satisfactory. Not more than 30% of the participants offering the best prices will be allowed to participate in rebidding. Winning shall be deemed a bid offering the best conditions in compliance with RFP requirements and criteria.

Criteria for evaluation and selection of proposals:
1. Compliance of the subject of purchase with the requirements of LLC "Serjyanskiy Cement Plant" on quality (compliance with the requirements of TK);
2. Price of the offer;
3. Payment and delivery terms;
4. Operational background. Reputation of the company;

In case the documents uploaded to the e-marketplace are to be signed with a digital signature, it's not required to certify them with the CEO's signature and company's seal. If the EDS is not used, it is necessary to load scanned documents with print and signature.
