Payment terms:Оплата за поставляемую продукцию производится в безналичном порядке путем перечисления денежных средств, на расчетный счет Поставщика следующим образом:
 Оплата за каждую поставленную партию в соответствии с заявкой Заказчика в течение 10 банковский дней с момента поставки и подписания товарно-транспортной накладной по выставленному Поставщиком счету
Delivery terms: Поставка осуществляется за счет Поставщика до склада Заказчика по адресу: г. Москва, проезд Стратонавтов, д. 5.
 Продукция поставляется в таре или упаковке, соответствующей нормативной документации и техническим условиям.
 Выборка и поставка продукции производится в период действия договора по заявкам Заказчика в необходимом ему количестве.
 Поставка каждой партии продукции течение 10 дней с момента получения заявки.
 Срок поставки продукции в течение 12 месяцев с момента подписания договора.
