Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

If an organization has a quality management system, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents in the application.
Provision of a guarantee for products is obligatory (with an indication of the period in months from the date of delivery).
The price for the supplied products in the offer must be indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT.
Procurement (selective delivery of individual lot items is allowed).
The commercial offer must be valid no less than 45 calendar days after the completion of the procedure on the electronic trading platform.
