Payment terms:The price of the Products includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for Products shall be made by the Buyer by payment order to the Supplier's current account for each shipment within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Product Supplier and a complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, invoice, copy of quality certificates or technical passports. This excludes the application of the terms of Article 317.1. of the Russian Civil Code.
