Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Comments:
1. Used Equipment without warranty.
2. The buyer undertakes to pay the cost of the equipment in advance 100% within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing the contract and submission of the account by the supplier to the buyer.
3. The buyer undertakes to accept the equipment at the supplier's warehouse at the address specified in the specification and independently take it by road after payment of the advance, but not later than 5 (five) working days from the date of payment Appropriate advance.
