II. The enterprise purchased spare parts must conform strictly to the requirements:
1. New spare parts.
2. The products must be a quality certificate, certificate of origin.
III. The provision of statutory documents (see list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submission of the proposal.
IV. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer shall have the right to reject all proposals, without imposition of liability.
