Treaty settlements are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (depending on what comes first) after 30-60 days from the date of signing by both parties of the performed works, the rendered services ( Form WH-A4), subject to the timely provision of the invoice (or HPA).
Term of payment under the contract is determined by the participant independently of the specified range and is set to contract with them (the preferred value of the due date - 60 calendar days).
The decision to choose the winner will be made at the most advantageous for the PAO "Tatneft" conditions using a financial calculator (Annex # 3a)
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but not later than 01.01.2020g.) On 30.06.2020g.

The tender is held in the form of a single RFP. The tender procedure will not be extended.

Notification of the results of the procedure will be available in the "Files that are uploaded to the organizer" after the results.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
