Payment terms:
Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark. Other proposals of the Bidders are being considered
Delivery terms:
'The delivery time of the goods is in batches monthly according to the bids of the Buyer with fixing the price per unit of production in the period January 2026 - December 2026.
Delivery and unloading of goods (to the two addresses specified in the Terms of Reference) is carried out by the Supplier and at the Supplier's expense. The date and time of delivery must be agreed in advance with the Customer. Customer's working hours: Monday to Friday – from 08.00 to 17.00. Delivery is carried out after prior notification of the Customer (agreement with the Customer) by phone.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.
All technical specifications are described in the Requirements Specification attached to the bid documentation.
Note: ONLY the specified brands of manufacturers are considered.
If the product brand is not specified, the supplier offers options. For any product offered, the wording "Economy" is not acceptable.
Delivery of household goods that must be delivered during the year for the needs of STARSTROY LLC in Novorossiysk (hereinafter referred to as Products), the full list of which is in Appendix No. 1 to this Requirements Specification. The supplier must be able to deliver the entire range of requested products to both addresses with unloading. The Call for Bidding is played in one lot, the division of the Call for Bidding into separate items is not allowed.
The supplier must have an office and a warehouse of products in Novorossiysk or the nearest cities (up to 150 km). The supplier must be able to replace the goods of inadequate quality or when re-sorting the goods within 2 days.
The goods must be delivered in batches on a monthly basis, based on submitted bids for a month to 2 addresses with unloading to the floor.
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
