Request for information (RFI) in preparation of the procurement action for the supply of Mobile Base Stations (PBS) to PJSC "VimpelCom" for use in mobile radio access network in the territory of the Russian Federation in 2019- 2021
PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organizations to take part in the collection of information on the possibility of renting PBS for the short or long term in the territory of the Russian Federation as part of the preparation of the procurement event at delivery of PBS in 2019-2022.
The PBS of the mobile radio access network is a transportable radio communication unit located at the transport base and consisting of the equipment of the base station. The lease of the PBS is planned with the use of the VimpelCom base station's own equipment.
At the moment PJSC "VimpelCom" is considering the possibility of renting PBS in the configuration, according to the Terms of Reference (package of documents), in the specified or similar options:
1. Trailer on board ordinary and off-road
2. Based on both off-road and off-road minibus (e.g. Hyundai/Ford Transit),
3. On the basis of cargo Kamaz 6x6 high passability.
The PBS must be equipped with a free rack for the possibility of installation of VimpelCom equipment. The intended list of equipment to be installed is specified in the Terms of Reference.
Operation of PBS is provided in a temperate climate with ambient temperature from -50°C to +50°C.

1. Fill in the RFI rental request table by submitting in Excel format;
2. Send the Technical specifications of the existing PBS;
3. Submit a preliminary commercial offer for lease of PBS for short and long term periods.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file, for example: Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
The package of documents must be sent to the e-mail address Tenders_SRuzina@beeline.ru no later than 16.00 GMT on August 16, 2019. (the subject of the letter should indicate "Participant name/Request for RAS lease"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents.
