The place of rendering services is the Customer's territory (Lebedinsky GOK JSC quarry: Zapadnaya, Gornaya, Skalnaya, Kvartsitnaya stations). The deadline for the work is the 2nd half of 2022. Special conditions during the production of works: work in a quarry (hazardous production facility of hazard class II). Terms of delivery: services for all purchase items specified in the request are provided by one Contractor. The list of machines, mechanisms and equipment is determined by the Contractor and coordinated with the Customer, taking into account clause 12 of the Terms of Reference. Dismantling of the railway track, switches and the contact network is carried out with the use of specialized equipment on the Contractor's railway track. The Customer's equipment is not used.

Within the framework of the 1st stage (preliminary), the proposal should consist only of the technical part (Appendices 3-6 technical part), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).
Within the 2nd stage (main), the proposal must consist of the commercial part (completed Table of work volumes and Appendix No. 2 - commercial part). The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 01.07.2021 – Tuesday.
If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
4. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
