Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 30 minutes before bid submission deadline the best offer changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 30 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:a 100% deferred payment of at least 120 calendar days is preferable, we are ready to consider the contractor's conditions
Delivery terms:The place of rendering services is the Customer's territory (Lebedinsky GOK JSC quarry: Zapadnaya, Gornaya, Skalnaya, Kvartsitnaya stations). The deadline for the work is the 2nd half of 2022. Special conditions during the production of works: work in a quarry (hazardous production facility of hazard class II). Terms of delivery: services for all purchase items specified in the request are provided by one Contractor. The list of machines, mechanisms and equipment is determined by the Contractor and coordinated with the Customer, taking into account clause 12 of the Terms of Reference. Dismantling of the railway track, switches and the contact network is carried out with the use of specialized equipment on the Contractor's railway track. The Customer's equipment is not used.
