Auto-extension

Payment terms:The preferred method of payment for completed works is to defer payment of 35 c/d from the moment of signing the act of completed works. In the absence of such an opportunity, the Bidder of the procedure may propose its conditions for consideration.
Delivery terms:Delivery by the Supplier's forces and means. Scope of work:
-Replacement of the oil filter, desiccant filter in the compressor.
-Oil change in compressors.
-Flushing of the heat exchanger on the freon circuit.
-Replacement of the soft-start device of the glycol pump (now there is an "Altistart 22" model ATS22D47Q 3-phase for 22 kW produced by Schneider Electric.)
-Isolate the pipes of the glycol circuits of the chiller and the dry cooling tower.
-Restoration of glycol recharge on the circuits of the chiller and dry cooling tower.
-Restoration of the automation cabinet on the chiller (install locks and restore door seals).
-Dry cleaning of dry cooling tower and chiller condensers.
-Maintenance of the sludge collector on the chiller glycol circuit.
