Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment date is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account. Payment for services is made by the Customer in non-cash form after 30 (thirty), but not later than 37 (thirty-seven) calendar days from the moment of receipt by the Customer of the original account, the act of services rendered and invoice to the postal address of the Customer, subject to the signing of the act by both Parties. The invoice must contain the Customer's Cost-Center (the basis of payment), the invoice issued without the indication of the Cost-Center, is not accepted for payment, any sanctions on such invoice for late payment is not are applied. All the above original documents must be provided to the Customer at the postal address specified in the Customer's details.
