For further participation in the procedures for choosing the source of supply for the needs of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, accreditation is MANDATORY!

1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier offering the lowest price and 100% deferred payment, preferably 120 days;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in any offer currency without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time;
4. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 365 days.
5. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in (specified in the Bid Notice of the request for proposals) at the seller's expense. (DDU/DDP/CPT according to Incoterms-2010).
6. The Contract is concluded in the form of the Buyer;
7. Confirm the possibility of working on EDI (electronic document management Contour.Dyadok).
