Payment is made in non-cash form by the transfer of funds by the Customer to the account of the Contractor no earlier than 35 (Thirty five) and no later than 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of acceptance of services on the basis of the original documents signed by the parties and the original invoice -factures designed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
