Payment terms:
Delivered products are paid monthly, in the following order:
- prepayment in the amount of 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks no later than the 5th (fifth) day of the current month.
- in the case of fuel sampling in the amount of 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks before the expiration of the billing month, the Seller shall immediately notify the Buyer of this fact. Payment for fuel purchased in excess of the prepayment amount shall be made by the Buyer no later than 5 (five) days from the receipt of the Seller’s invoice.
