Payment terms:
Postponement of payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse or other payment terms agreed by the parties additionally. In the event of an advance payment, the Supplier shall provide an irrevocable bank guarantee in the amount not less than the amount of the prepayment issued by the banks included in the rating of the fifty largest banks Russia or international banks, rated at least BB+/Vaa2.
Delivery terms:
The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the goods. Delivery date is the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the invoice (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse. Products delivery time: minimum, according to applications. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other terms of delivery shall be agreed by the parties additionally.
Comments: 1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - loading of the commercial offer (offer) signed by the authorized person and the seal of the organization (please submit an offer on the form of the Offer +Appendix №1 of the procurement documentation).
2. PAY ATTENTION! If products of another manufacturer are offered for delivery (not original) or with a different catalogue number, the commercial offer must contain the name of the manufacturer and changed catalog number.$ The offer shall be accompanied with the letter signed by the head of the company, certifying that the offered products are equivalent to those requested.
3. Proposal (offer) validity period shall be not less than 60 calendar days from the submission thereof.
4. One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is deferred payment. Preferred period of delay - 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. Mandatory requirement for the participants — availability of quality and origin certificates. The winner shall conclude a standard supply contract (Attachment 2). In case of contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the ETP or sends to the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreement to the draft agreement. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.

7. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
8. 9. Place of procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature. After the procedures of reshaping - proposals on additional change of the price offer are not accepted for consideration.
