Payment for the products referred to in the specification, is carried out after documenting the date the Contractor and acceptance of products delivered by the Customer in accordance with section IV of this Agreement, within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of lading and the passage of the input control on the basis of original invoices for payment by -faktury received from the Contractor.

Payment for the products referred to in the specification, is carried out after documenting the date the Contractor and acceptance of products delivered by the Customer in accordance with section IV of this Agreement, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of lading and the passage of the input control on the basis of original invoices for payment by -faktury received from the Contractor.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
