Payment terms:
Deferred payment of not less than 60 calendar days from products delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:
Desired delivery time is April. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the Consignee's warehouse (or to a shipping company's warehouse in Omsk) shall be paid by the Supplier.
Comments: 1) Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal specifying delivery time and payment terms, as well as the Certificate (of a representative, partner, ...)
6) Accepted shall be only the proposals from bidders on В2В-Center.
7) If the contractor is not the manufacturer of the supplied products, and he can not provide the documents (supplier's status shall be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) by a manufacturer or the information on the supplier's status shall be provided on the manufacturer's website), proposal of such contractor shall be considered provided that he agrees to include into the supply contract a provision stipulating penalties amounting to 100% of the supplied products cost to be paid in case supplied are the products non-complying with the requirements specification (supply of not genuine products), and provision of 100% payment deferral of at least 60 days.
