Delivery terms:
the desired delivery time is February. Shipping costs for delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse are borne by the supplier.
Comments: 1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Corvette trade and purchasing system on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and possessing the rights of the system member.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal specifying delivery time and payment terms, as well as the Certificate (of a representative, partner, ...)
6) Accepted shall be only the proposals from bidders on В2В-Center.
7) In cases when the counterparty is not a manufacturer of tmsc, and it is not able to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by the official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of the Tmsc or information on the status of the supplier must be present at Website of the manufacturer), its proposal for the supply of Tmsc is considered in the case of consent of the counterparty to include in the contract delivery of fines in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered consignment of Tmsc in the case of delivery of non-conforming specifications of the Tmsc (Delivery of "non-original" tмc), and providing 100% delay of at least 45 days.
