Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

2. Document requirements - certificate of conformity, quality certificate;
3. Examination of analogues - Examines analogues with characteristics no worse than stated. In case of offering an analogue, the product name is specified according to the specification, GOST, TU; when offering analogues, insert a technical description;
4. The duration of the TAP is not less than 30 days
5. Warehouse receipt — The receipt and payment of the products is performed after the entrance control is performed at the buyer's warehouse;
