Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Settlement of accounts shall be made by means of transferring of 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% of the total value of the goods shall be paid within 30 working days after actual receipt of the complete batch of the products in full.
Delivery terms:
The products shall be delivered in one batch. Delivery ahead of the schedule is allowed. Delivery term shall not exceed 60 (sixty) working days after the Buyer has made the advance payment in the amount of 30%.
