Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment deferral of not less than 45 calendar days from delivery of the goods to the Consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery times are September-October. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (Yaroslavl, ul. Sovetskaya, 81) shall be at the Supplier's expense (a mandatory provision).

Comments:
1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that it agrees if it is declared by the winner to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to deliver the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.
