Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the new Goods received in the amount of 100% of its value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note/consignment note or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness, complete set of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives the originals properly duly executed in the name of the Buyer of the invoice, the originals of the invoice and the waybill (UPD), the original of the contract and the specification. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.
