Payment terms:• prices listed in the application specifications (annex No. 1) equipment should be indicated in USD (incl. VAT) for 1 piece of equipment/facilities and include the cost of delivery to Customer objects, and all the other obligatory payments.
• Method of payment is cashless settlements.
• The date for performance by the buyer of its obligations to pay for Goods is the date of debiting of settlement account of the buyer.
• Payment for equipment/services performed within 45 calendar days from the date of signing of the acceptance-transfer equipment, Act of the executed works, if properly decorated slips, invoices and acts of works done.

• If the cost of the equipment is defined in a foreign currency payable in rubles according to exchange rate RUSSIAN rouble, established by the Bank of Russia on the date of conclusion of the contract (or the date of the additional agreement to a Treaty) (hereinafter referred to as the Kish ). However, if on the date of the order established by the Central Bank of Russia exchange rate for the ruble of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Know-how) concerning Kish:
o will rise by more than 5%, then the rate will be recalculated and implemented the payment (Kitog) will be equal to: Kish (Kish-Know-how) * 0.5;
o drop by more than 5%, then Kitog is Know-how.
• At the conclusion of the contract price should be fixed for a period of not less than 1 calendar year.
Delivery terms:• delivery time: not more than 30 days from the date of placing the order.
• Shipping is at the customer's objects and should be included in the cost of the equipment;
• Specification of supplied equipment (overhead) should be duplicated electronically at least 1 day prior to delivery.
• Original invoice must be provided in triplicate.
• Packaging must protect the equipment during transport and handling, and when stored in a warehouse.
• When arranging all shipping documents and documents for payment of the contract number shall be indicated, and your Application;
• The marking shall allow an immediate and unambiguous identification of the equipment in accordance with the order.

Comments:
For participation in the participant must fill in and attach the following documents:

1. An offer with price per item of equipment in the form of Bid-specification, Appendix 1 procedural documentation (in electronic format in Excel, as well as a scanned copy from and signed by an authorized person and stamp of organisation), with filling all required fields for the participants in the procedure.

2. A completed application form (Appendix 2), the questionnaire is filled in an electronic format, Excel, all items are required, the adjustment of the shape is not allowed.


3. The completed card to the counterparty (annex No. 3), the card is filled in an electronic format, Excel, all items are required, the adjustment of the shape is not allowed. Instructions for completing the card provided in Appendix 3.1.

4. The letter, signed by an authorized person consent with the terms of the ongoing procedure (annex 4) pdf (scanned copy). Adjustment of conditions is not permitted. If you do not agree to the terms, you must contact the organizer of the procedure.
