Softline Trade JSC pays special attention to the fact that this procedure is not a bargaining in the sense of art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code, as well as cannot be considered as a public offer in the sense of paragraph 2. Art. 437 of the Russian Civil Code, therefore, the implementation of this procedure does not impose on the JSC Softline trade corresponding amount of obligations under the mandatory conclusion of the contract with the winner or participant.

Softline Trade JSC may refuse to conduct this procedure at any time without incurring any liability to bidders, including reimbursement of any costs associated with the preparation and submission of an application for participation in this Procedure.
