Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:1. Payment 100% on the fact of shipment within 15 banking days
2. Payment of 100% on the fact of arrival of the Tmsc to the buyer's warehouse within 15 banking days

5) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in packing list (see Example of filling in additional information), to paste packing list on packing with the goods, copies of documents to send

1. The certificates and passports for goods and materials shall be attached.

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, please provide supporting documents

3. Please provide the prices in the form of a commercial offer, in which all conditions and terms of delivery must be spelled out.

4. If you provide your offer you will also automatically agree to the form of our framework contract

5. In KP, please specify the cost of additional equipment separately.

6. Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
