| Payment terms: | - the Buyer pays 50% of the total price of this agreement within 10 (ten) business days from the date of sending a written notification from the Buyer about the start of delivery of the Goods, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance;
- 50% of the total price of this agreement shall be paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation on the basis of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of Goods signed by the Parties (the form is set out in Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement). |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
