Rosinter Restaurants Holding is a leading operator in the segment of casual dining restaurants in Russia and the CIS. Manages restaurant chains under its own key brands IL Patio (Italian cuisine) and Planet Sushi (Japanese cuisine), and also develops international brands based on the TGI Fridays franchise (American cuisine) and Costa Coffee.
Suppliers who have passed the preliminary qualification selection will be admitted to participate in a closed tender for the right to conclude a supply agreement. The contract is concluded for a period of at least 12 months.
The volume of deliveries is 8,000 kg per year.
Product specifications are given in the attached product specification.
If your company is interested in participating in this prequalification, you must attach the following documents:
- written confirmation of your consent to participate in the selection and agreement with the terms of participation (free-form letter);
- company card;
- presentation about the company;
- copies of TIN and OGRN certificates;
- copies of certificates and other documents confirming the compliance of the Goods with the established requirements.
Participants of the prequalification selection are obliged to provide free of charge samples of the products offered for delivery. The product sample must be accompanied by all documents confirming the conformity of the product to the established requirements.
If a sample is not provided, the participant's application is not considered.
Product samples are delivered strictly until March 19, 2021.
It is obligatory to provide samples for processing at least 2 kg. Providing samples at no cost.
Price fixing for at least 2-3 months.
The results of the preliminary qualification selection are summed up within 10 working days from the date of the deadline for accepting applications from participants.
Preference is given to suppliers who have applied for supplies at the federal level with a single price for Moscow and the Regions.
