Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Requirements for documentation for participation in the tender - MANDATORY attach the following completed documents:

1.        The commercial proposal must be executed in the format of the template with filling in all the tabs in the template (in editable format)
The proposal may be supplemented by the participant at its discretion. When deviating from the form of the template, the participant must mark all additional information in yellow.
2.        Attach valid licenses and activity permits
3. Attach information about work experience (reference list of completed projects, facilities over the past 3-5 years)
4. Attach information about the experience of state examination of design documentation

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Free participation
EDS is not required
A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
