Comments: Dear Participants, BSH Bytovye Pribory LLC, a manufacturer of household appliances under the brands Bosch, Siemens, is looking for a general contractor for the construction of 5 (five) branded stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the regions in 2022.
Branded stores will be located either in the shopping mall / mall, or in commercial premises (entrance from the street). The area of one store is on average from 150 to 300 sq. M.
Contractor requirements:
- SRO member
- Own engineering and technical staff (management)
- Confirmed list of completed projects
- Customer letters of recommendation
- ID preparation
- Own technical supervision
- The main activity of the company: Provision of construction services as a General Contractor.

It is not required to read the offer at this stage! Now we are creating a portfolio of suppliers for subsequent participation in the competition for the entire volume of stores.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
