To conclude a contract, you will need to provide the following documents:
1) Copy of the Charter and the constituent Agreement;
2) Copy of the certificate of State registration;
3) A copy of the certificate of entry into the unified State Register of legal entities, issued by the Tax Inspectorate (Inn and Ohr);
4) Copy of the extract from the Egrul issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of issuing the statement;
5) A copy of the minutes of the general meeting of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on appointment to the position of the Counterparty director (with the sample signature).
6) Accounting records Form 1 and 2 for the last closed year copy.
7) Current lease agreement for office space (with first and last payment orders under this Agreement) scan
These tenders are the internal procedure of choosing a contractor, supplier, executor and should not be considered as a bidding in the sense of requirements of articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "on protection of competition". Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer of the bidding, the customer of the corresponding volume of civil obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of the contract with the winner of the bidding or other participant.
By submitting documents and information to the organizer of the bidding, the applicant confirms his/her compliance with the qualifying requirements established by the respective tenders, expresses his intention to participate in the bidding, agrees with the terms and conditions
