Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment upon payment. The price of the goods is set per unit of production including delivery, including VAT (VAT - 20%).
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing the invoice by the parties at the Buyer's warehouse

Comments:
In the auction specify the price for each lot of rubles. including VAT (VAT - 20%).
To participate in the procurement procedure it is obligatory to support the commercial offer, with the signature and seal on the letterhead of the organization.
After the end of the auction in case of not attachment of KP it is necessary to send to e-mail Muratshina R.R. within 1 working day.
In the absence of a KP, the proposal will not be considered.
The IP should specify the following:

2. Vendor status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Terms of payment
6. Experience with Rusagro Group - years, on the market - years
7. Guarantees of shelf life of goods
8. Corrugated cardboard brand
9. Willingness to work under a standard contract

It is necessary to attach the constituent documents (certified INN, OGRN, Charter, EGRUL, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, the order of appointment manager), quality certificates for products, specification (composition of goods)

Participation in the auction means the consent to work on the standard form of the contract LLC "Tambov bacon".
The model contract and the composition of the lot with the list of purchased goods are supported in the documents on the auction (it is possible to change the standard form of the contract - the information will be communicated before the conclusion of the contract).
