Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- payment for the delivered Goods is made by the Buyer within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the acts of acceptance and transfer of the Goods, invoices, consignment notes, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of clause 5 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. There is no advance payment;
- in case of concluding an agreement with a small or medium-sized enterprise, payment for the delivered Goods is made by the Buyer within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the acts of acceptance and transfer of the Goods, invoices, consignment notes drawn up in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5 of Art. .169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. There is no advance payment.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
