1. A prerequisite for the tender is the availability of valid accreditation of the FGC Group of Companies.
For the accreditation of new counterparties (for those companies that have not previously been accredited in the FGC Group of Companies), as well as companies whose accreditation period is coming to an end/has expired, it is necessary to upload documents on the website by 18:00 on 03/29/2024. https://fsk.ru/about/tenders

3. The applicant has the right to provide Technical and Commercial Proposals only for those items that he wishes to apply for (it is not necessary to apply for all items, but preferably). 4. For consideration in the Commercial Proposal, indicate a link to the proposed article with technical information or attach a file with technical information when submitting a proposal.

5. Prices in the tender shall be indicated taking into account VAT and delivery on the condition of advance payment/deferral of payment.
6. In the absence of a delivery contract with the consignee and in case of disagreement to sign the attached form of the FGC contract, it is necessary to attach your Protocol of disagreement when submitting a commercial offer.
7. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1)
8. The tender will be held in 2 stages:
Stage 1 - Collection of final commercial proposals by 15.00 on 04/01/2024.
In addition to the Commercial Proposals, the Bidders of the tender must provide a complete set of documentation for the entire product range:
Declarations/certificates of Conformity; Quality certificates; TR CU certificates; Test reports.
