A commercial offer must be attached, specifying the available equipment, its quantity, the year of manufacture, the scanned copies of the PTS, the cost of rendering services per ton / kilometer. The statute, the order for the director, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, a balance sheet, a certificate from the FSN on the absence of debts must be attached.
