1. The CP is provided only in the attached form, the form cannot be corrected, transferred to another file.
In the Analogue column, fill in the name that will be in the specification and shipping documents, specify the manufacturer,
and it is also necessary to indicate the status of the supplier intermediary/dealer.
2. If your company is an authorized dealer, you must provide a supporting document — a certificate.
I also ask you to attach the KP form in excel format and a scan of the KP with the seal of your company in PDF format.
3. Delivery to a transport company in the city is considered. Magadan (DDP) which must be included in the price of the goods.
Shipping costs should be distributed evenly across all items, as the purchase can be split into lots.
The transportation cost is not displayed on the CP form.
4. Be sure to fill out the "Purchase Conditions" file and attach it, stamp it.
5. We kindly ask you not to attach documents that are not requested.
6. Attach the counterparty card with the contacts of the person responsible for the provided KP for operational communication.
