Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Sampling will be carried out until 2021 inclusive.
List of priority distribution centers with a delivery time until 10/31/19. presented in Appendix 1.
KP necessarily contains delivery to the addresses specified in TK
The final amount of RC may change by 20%

Important! Only applications with a full package of documents are allowed to be considered, according to the statement of work.

After the first stage of bidding, a technical assessment will be conducted, after which a stage of rebidding is possible.

Free participation
EDS is not required

A procurement participant can repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
