Payment terms:100% of the value of the goods the buyer shall pay the supplier within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer and provide the buyer with shipping documents, namely: Account, invoice, consignment note, decorated in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation, instruction manual in Russian, as well as documents on the quality of the goods, duly designed.
The Parties undertake to make settlements under the agreement in rubles of the Russian Federation by cashless transfer by transferring funds to the bank accounts of the parties.
The supplier shall provide the buyer with an invoice dated to the reporting month/month of shipment/, within a period not later than 5 days, counting from the date of shipment of the goods.
